Our team addressed a critical mold issue within the crawlspace of a home today. The homeowners reached out because they suspected mold and were considering a bathroom remodel. After identifying the problem, we carried out an intense crawlspace mold remediation process using the effective Bioesque Botanical Disinfectant. Post-remediation, we encapsulated the crawlspace square footage to prevent future issues and installed an Aprilaire permanent in-place dehumidifier to maintain the perfect environment. The homeowners also decided to go ahead with the bathroom remodel so we replaced the old subfloor, installed new baseboards and hardwood-looking Titan branded Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP). The results were fantastic and the homeowners couldn't be happier!
